Job IntroductionSerco is a partner of choice to the European Institutions and other International Organisations. For the past 30 years, we have been providing European and International Organisations a wide range of services including ICT services in support, infrastructure, operations and development as well as managing different contact centres for the key European Institutions, agencies and organisations across Europe.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic time Secretary to Head of NMD/NOM Division to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
The NMD/NOM division is currently staffed with more than 200 Headcount and it will be increasing to more than 250 Headcount by January 2026 with the Group EAD integration. There is currently no Secretary to the Head of NMD/NOM
Educational requirements
Mandatory:
Graduate degree (Bachelor or Equivalent)Desirable:
Specialisation in Business, business support, general office administration

Experience/skills required
At least [5] years’ experience in the domain of secretariat, office administration or similar assistant position.
