This role will provide day-to-day administrative support for up to five Senior Managers and their teams in the Domestic Leisure Sales organization within Disney Destinations Sales Strategy & Solutions (DDS3). The position will work with leaders responsible for Sales Learning Services, Sales Technology, Sales Communications, Marketing Strategy, Integration and Sales Strategy. Our team drives a number of marketing, communication, education, project management and business processes behind-the-scenes to help keep the Sales organization focused on what they do best: Selling the magic and adventure of Disney Destinations. Administrative professionals within our organization help keep things moving, assist in solving day-to-day problems and help everyone to stay organized.
Position Responsibilities:You would be responsible for maintaining and coordinating Outlook calendars for the leaders while being proactive at mitigating scheduling conflicts. To make sure things keep moving, this role will work accurately within Coupa as a Casual Buyer for supplies and as a Travel Proxy in Concur to help with expenses for the broader team. You would manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel and/or on-site meetings, including trip logistics and itinerary; meeting coordination; and functional space arrangements for events. In addition, you would provide support for documentation retention, arranging space for meetings, office supply management, telecommunications equipment (mobile phones, VTCs, etc.), shipping/logistics and general office management for each of the teams. Above all, this role will partner with other Administrative Professionals in the area to accomplish shared projects and focus on process improvement. This includes partnerships with various Disney departments and external organizations to support the needs of the DDS3 organization.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development on the Domestic Leisure Sales team, with accountability to the other senior leaders they support. Position is hourly nonexempt and sits in Celebration, FL.
You Will Have:Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative professional role
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Cast Members, third party clients and operating areas while fostering a supportive team environment
Excellent technical skills with thorough knowledge of software applications like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; SAP and Concur; Coupa (Casual Buyer)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette, clean grammar and a robust vocabulary
General knowledge and/or experience with Disney
Familiarity with the Disney Destinations portfolio (Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani: A Disney Resort & Spa, Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions)
