Job Description A company in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Digital Engineering Lead to join their team. This Engineering lead will be responsible for driving culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE and providing training and support to the team. They will also: Provide systems engineering leadership across a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and architects Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering disciplines to ensure a cohesive and integrated systems engineering approach Manage, mentor and teach engineers in developing model-based environments and transform manual document-based environments and processes Communicate complex technical engineering information Provide status and briefings to leadership, including senior government customers and stakeholders This position is onsite full-time at Schriever SFB, and the ideal candidate will have excellent analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication. The pay rate is $55-67/hr depending on years and level of experience, education, and certifications. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance or higher.
