Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to analyze regulations, develop actionable policies, and review technical requests and system architectures for compliance onsite at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. This person will be supporting REACT previously CBTA funded through May 2029. The program provides forensic exploitation and analysis, through reverse engineering and prototype design, on commercial-based threats. The large focus is on Group 3 UAS (small commercial drones) and some IEDs. You will be required to go on site 5 days a week at Aberdeen Proving Ground to support the work.
$65/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to upgrade to a TS/SCI
BS Degree
Cyber Policy experience (understanding of things such as NIST/RMF/CNSS to be able to learn your specific policies quickly)
Experience with UAS/UAV/Drones and or understanding of RF/EW/Radio etc. understanding of how cyber policy applies to hardware/physical devices not just ethernet
Understanding of encryption/cryptography
Ability to determine weakness in cyber policy, if a product meets a guideline and if not what we need to do to make it match guidelines
Ability to communicate with various groups and translate technical information to non-technical people Experience and knowledge of RF communications and RF theory
Experience with unmanned aircraft systems
Experience with embedded systems
Experience with Android at a technical level null
