Job Description Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the operation and modernization of Oracle EBS and OCI environments.  Oversee daily IT operations and ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise systems.  Direct the activities of a large technical team, including system administrators, database administrators, network engineers, and application developers  Lead and manage the daily operations of Oracle EBS and OCI environments to ensure reliability and performance.  Oversee the resolution of high-priority incidents and the implementation of long-term solutions.  Develop and execute plans for system upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.  Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.  Provide mentorship and direction to technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.  Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with organizational goals  Prepare and deliver technical reports and briefings to stakeholders and executive leadership. Skills and Requirements You have an active DoD Secret security clearance  Masters Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.  10+ years deep technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies, including database management and middleware.  10+ years technical experience in a network operations or IT operations center within the Federal Government.  You currently hold the following certifications: Oracle EBS; ITIL4 Practice Manager Plan, Implement, and Control (ITIL4 Practice Manager suffices this); and CISSP or CISM  3+ experience in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.  Strong understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and NOC processes.  Experience with managing multiple DevSecOps teams and CI/CD pipelines null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
