The starting rate is a minimum of $20.80/hr increasing to $23.74 after 18 months of training.
The shift hours of this position are 8pm - 6am Sunday - Thursday. Shift differential offered at $2.75/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set–up and operate manual machines and other equipment assigned within cellTrain to operate all secondary machines; may be required to work outside of assigned cell, at the discretion of supervisorFully responsible for preventive maintenance and proper usage of assigned machinery, tools, and component parts in assigned cellsFollow Standard Work Instructions and make mechanical adjustmentsParticipate in Kaizen events and seek to continuously improve work processesInput data to computer to ensure accuracy of inventoryAbility to perform next job below and above in value streamAdhere to all safety and health standardsRequirements

HS Diploma or GED required 6 to 9 months on the job training or related vocational training program preferredPhysical Demand and Work Environment:
Work environment includes regular exposure to noise levels at or above 85 decibels, dust particles, light radiation, paint or oil products, and weather changes. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift.
Physical requirements include lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, manual dexterity, control precision, near vision, and hearing sensitivity.
