About the Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position supervises a high-performing team responsible for external financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The team leads preparation and submission of critical filings, including annual and quarterly reports to U.S. regulatory agencies. The role is key in ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and timely delivery of data that impacts both internal strategy and public stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and 11-K filings in accordance with SEC guidelines
+ Oversee reporting to federal and state regulatory bodies
+ Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals
+ Drive monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial disclosures
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and evolving reporting standards
+ Identify and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies
+ Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet corporate reporting objectives
+ Prepare performance metrics and lead benchmarking initiatives
+ Create a positive and inclusive work culture that supports continuous learning, diversity, and professional development
+ Participate in the organization’s emergency response structure, as needed

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
+ 7+ years of financial or accounting experience, including 1+ year of leadership or project team oversight
+ Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
+ Demonstrated experience in preparing or managing complex financial reports
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting platforms such as Workiva Wdesk is a plus
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or Master’s degree
+ Prior experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment
