Position:SEC Reporting - Student Worker
Job Description:

We are looking for a current student pursing a bachelor's or master's degree (accounting emphasis preferred) to join our SEC reporting team! This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to SEC reporting at a Fortune 500 company including SEC filing, SOX testing, financial statement review, etc.

This is a part-time position (20 or more hours per week) and will require you to be in-person one day a week. We are targeting an August 2025 start date.

What You'll Be Doing:

Help prepare the company’s financial statements, including preparing support, tie outs, and drafting footnotes.Develop communication skills by managing group reporting process across a large number of stakeholders.Test SOX controls.Assist with accounting research related to questions on US GAAP.Assisting with preparing support for other reporting projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (accounting preferred).GPA of 3.0 or higher.Proficient with MS Office.Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks based on opportunities and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented mindset and ability to own individual tasks.Ability to work well in a team dynamic and implement coaching/guidance.Interest in increasing technical knowledge and understanding of financial filing process.Prior work experience (professional/accounting experience a plus).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$20.70 - $25.30

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
