A fast-growing biotechnology company is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial story of a company that’s advancing science and improving health outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nLead SEC Filings: Prepare and file 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in compliance with SEC and US GAAP standards\nDeliver Financial Excellence: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements with accuracy and timeliness\nBe a Technical Expert: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensation\nStrengthen Controls: Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audits\nCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverables\nInnovate & Improve: Continuously enhance reporting processes and stay ahead of regulatory changes

CPA required\nExperience: 5–7+ years in SEC reporting, along with experience in both private & public accounting (Big 4 preferred)\nSkills:\nDeep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nProficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems\nAbility to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
