A fast-growing biotechnology company is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial story of a company that’s advancing science and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SEC Filings: Prepare and file 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in compliance with SEC and US GAAP standardsDeliver Financial Excellence: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements with accuracy and timelinessBe a Technical Expert: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensationStrengthen Controls: Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external auditsCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverablesInnovate & Improve: Continuously enhance reporting processes and stay ahead of regulatory changes

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA requiredExperience: 5–7+ years in SEC reporting, along with experience in both private & public accounting (Big 4 preferred)Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRLStrong analytical and communication skillsProficiency in ERP and financial reporting systemsAbility to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
