Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.    Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

\n\nClassification: Seasonal (May to September)\nShift: AM Shift - weekends and holidays availability required.\nPay Rate: $19.60 per hour \n\n

What will I be doing? 

\n\nReceives and places products in their assigned storeroom location in an organized manner. \nChecks items received against purchase orders to verify accuracy of the order. \nRotates perishable stock so that all food items are fresh. \nIssues and delivers products from the Storeroom to Departments. *Check each item on the requisitions which may involve weighing, counting, verifying each item and checking them against specifications to verify accuracy and approvals for the order \nConducts inventories as directed. Ensure all food, beverage and general merchandise items are listed on inventory lists.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n

 

\n\nBe able to lift 50 lbs and stand during shift\nExperience in related fields\nHigh school level education or equal\nMust have some knowledge of food, beverage \nBasic mathematical and computer skills to track and receive volumes of deliveries. ‰ \nAbility to read, write and speak the English language fluently in order to complete forms, inventories, read billings, invoices and communicate with co-workers and purveyors. \nOffice machines: operate calculator/10-key, copier, fax, telephone.\nOrganization skills\nWork in face pace environment\n
