Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) NICU Unit - Nights - Central Staffing Office _Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together_ Main Office: Texas Health Central Staffing Office - 612 E Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011 Work Locations: The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX but you will primarily be working in Region B. Work hours: PRN; Must be available to work 36 hours/week. Shift: Variable Night Shifts (no self-scheduling). Regions are as follows: Region A: Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Prosper, Rockwall, Kaufman and Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano Region B: Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, HEB, Arlington Memorial, Heart & Vascular, Alliance, and Azle Region C: Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park and the Specialty Hospital. Central Staffing Office Highlights: Texas Health Central Staffing Office - internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular region. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills. Here's What You Need: + Nursing Diploma Required or + Associate's degree in Nursing Required or + Bachelor's degree in Nursing Preferred + CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required + 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required + Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required And + BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required + NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And + NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required + A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
