**Description:**

As a Public Areas Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the resort’s common areas, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all guests and colleagues.
This fast-paced, guest-facing role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for cleanliness and hospitality. Public Areas Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of public restrooms, hallways, lobbies, meeting spaces, elevators, and other public spaces throughout the hotel. This role will require regular interaction with guests and other departments, and the ability to lift, push, or pull moderate weight on a consistent basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain the cleanliness of hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and pool areas
• Remove trash, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues as needed
• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and helpful manner
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow proper safety procedures
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Respond to guest requests and cleanliness issues promptly and professionally
**Qualifications:**
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight frequently during shift
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
