Seasonal Enrollment Representative

 It’s that time of year! Humana is looking for several extraordinary individuals to join our ever-growing team to support us during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). We are looking for goal-oriented individuals that take pride in helping others and have a customer-focused mindset. These seasonal / limited-term assignment opportunities are 100% work at home roles. Training will begin in October, and the assignments may last up to six months. The Enrollment Representative 1 reviews reports and makes adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules. Manages a daily inventory. Reports inventory daily. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service or operations work experiencePrior experience utilizing multiple computer applications simultaneously as well as performing multiple tasks simultaneously within a production-based environmentDemonstrated skills in attention to detail Work at home (WAH) requirements include a minimum internet connection speed of 25m x 10m, and a dedicated secure home workspace for interview or work purposes.

Required Work Schedule:
Training: 

This position is scheduled to start on October 20th, 2025. Virtual training starts on day one of employment and will run for the first 2-3 weeks with a schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern Standard Time (7:00am-3:30pm Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday.You must be on time, in a quiet environment, dressed appropriately, with your camera ON during training and for other meetings required by leadership.

Work Schedule for Following Training: 

Following training, the shift will be 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern Standard Time (7:00am-3:30pm Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday.Some weekends and overtime may be required, depending on business needs. We strive to provide a minimum of a week’s advance notice for weekends and overtime.The initial 120 days of employment as an Inbound Contacts Representative 1 constitute an appraisal period. This Appraisal Period is essential to your learning and development, which is why we ask for perfect attendance during both the classroom training and nesting periods. The department has a strict attendance policy. Time off is not permitted during the first 90 days and is discouraged during the 120-day appraisal period. This position requires learning many systems, policies, and tools, and it takes time to become proficient in the role. You must be willing to remain in this position for a period of twelve (12) months before applying to other Humana opportunities.Remote Work at Home Requirements Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you, and your patients have absolute and continuous privacy while you workMust have accessibility to hardwired high speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps x 10mbps for a home office (Wireless and Satellite are prohibited)

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$39,000 - $49,400 per year
