The Bilingual Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the Employee Services Team and utilizing Workday, case management, knowledge base, and contact center technologies and processes. The service team's functional areas of support are benefit Administration, Help Desk, and/or Workforce Administration.
Responsibilities
Provides professional and timely service to internal and external customersProcesses benefit-related changes such as life-status changes, address changes, etc.Resolves benefit administration service issues with internal staff and outside VendorsCounsels employees regarding benefit programs, including plan features, procedures, eligibility, and premium informationPerforms monthly reconciliation of Carrier invoices to report to customersCompetencies

Bachelor's degreeRequired
