Zenith is seeking an enthusiastic Search Manager to be a key player in our dynamic Sydney team. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the helm of media planning and account management across paid search channels, working with a prestigious global client. This is not just a job; it's an incredible opportunity to accelerate your career in a rapidly evolving field, with the potential to grow and lead long-term. **ROLE HIGHLIGHTS** + Opportunities to grow with Publicis Groupe that believes in Power of One - we will help you partner with our clients across the globe in various industries + Diverse team & progressive work environment + A place where learning never stops - we ensure you get trained on multiple platforms and domains which enables you to have cross functional experience within the organisation **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets + Build, set-up and optimise campaigns across paid search platforms + Assist in building, planning and implementing paid search structures & marketing strategy + Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement + Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations + Assisting with client budget management and performance monitoring + Keep up to date with industry news and developments - stay ahead of the competition by analysing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis **ABOUT YOU** + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in biddable media domain/SEM/performance media background ideally in the advertising industry + Strong knowledge in various Paid Search platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, etc. + Minimum 1 year of experience in team management + Completed educational studies specialising in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field is advantageous + Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences - internal or external + Has a logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers \#LI-AZ1 **Additional information** Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
