Our Hamilton team are looking for an Sealing Foreperson, you'll lead a team, organise, plan and direct operations to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.  
Responsibilities

You will ideally be an experienced specialist in sealing, capable of leading and motivating your crew to deliver high quality Sealing Works across the greater Waikato  region. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

 

Planning tasks with the supervisor, and following through to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the required specification and quality standards

Maximising the efficient use of materials, supplies, and equipment

Supporting development/training and supporting career development

 

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

You will bring with you experience in sealing works and leading a crew. You'll easily be able to deal with unexpected events and provide direction to your team.

 

A class 1 full New Zealand drivers licence 

Class 2 drivers licence and WTR Endorsement preferred

Previous experience as a foreperson desirable

An organised and systemic approach to working environment

Good communication skills, you'll be able to easily chat with your crew and also engage with clients and senior managers
