The pay range is $18 to $23 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

 

Seafood Supervisor 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Seafood Supervisor in our Westport, CT location. This is a non-union position. 

  

Requirements include: 

Knowledge of the Seafood business with at least 2 years of supervisory experience 

Ability to provide excellent customer service by assisting guests in selecting items, including cross-selling and up-selling 

Supervision of department associates.  Assign and follow up on tasks and counsel associates on work related issues.  Develop associates through timely, constructive and effective feedback. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Knowledge of controlling perishable product quality and inventory 

Knowledge of ordering and inventory systems 

Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards as required.  ServeSafe training a plus. 

Ability to work for long periods of time in the cold; ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
