Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Product Management, the Product Manager (PM) is a key strategic position within the organization and is responsible for driving value accretive growth. This includes understanding customer pain points and developing and executing strategies to drive growth with existing customers and applications and uncovering adjacencies. This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the organization, including the broader marketing team, sales, service, R&D, operations, and finance.  A successful PM is customer-focused, strategic, action oriented, has a strong organizational agility and leads by influence to identify and implement growth initiatives.

This role will be a part of the Product Management department and will be onsite in Bellevue, WA.

The essential responsibilities of the role include:

Market Research and Data Analysis: Lead Voice of Customer execution and analyze portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, volume, price and quality and converts analysis into insights, strategy and actionsRevenue Growth: Actively manages growth in assigned product lines to ensure short-term and long-term commercial success.Innovation & Commercial Focus: Understand and apply Innovation and Commercial Tools such as persona development, behavioral segmentation, value propositions and pricing strategies to drive profitable growth across your portfolio.Competitive Insights & Training: Develop communication tools and training material, including presentations and competitor assessments, to enable commercial teams to drive growth.Roadmaps: Maintain product roadmap of enhancements, cost savings opportunities and compliance for existing product portfolio.New Product Development: See NPD projects through the Tollgate process to stay on time and on budget, while delivering solutions driven by customer insight.

The essential requirements of the role include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related.  MBA or other advanced degree preferred3+ years of product management/marketing experienceStrong critical thinking skills: ability to synthesize data and facts to draw logical and actionable conclusionsDemonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives by working cross-functionally in a matrix organizationExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Ability to think creatively and develop a story to bring the problem and solution together.Ability to travel 20% of the time, domestic and international travel is required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
