Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.Conducts security education classes and security audits.Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.Position Benefits:

Job Qualifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Principal Industrial Security Analyst: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Masters with 3 years of related experience, or 1 year of related experience with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)
Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst: Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience, or Masters with 6 years of related experience, or 4 years of related experience with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)
Required for Both Level(s):
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business needComputer and desktop Microsoft office software products experienceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)Experience with SLOPACS and DISSPrior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) ExperienceExperience leading small teamsExperience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratingsAbility to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentMeticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheetsExcellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communicationOrganized and efficient at time managementSalary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00Salary Range 2: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
