**Service Delivery Center Senior – Financial Services Organization – Investment Accountant**

This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers that are made up of high-performing US-based resources who work closely with our experienced client-serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based Financial Services clients. **The opportunity**
We are looking for a motivated Senior Analyst to support our Service Delivery Center (SDC) Fund Accounting Practice in investment accounting. The successful candidate will assist in providing financial and management accounting support for a portfolio of investments, while also contributing to the development of junior team members.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Assist in the recording and reporting of investment transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
+ Support the preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
+ Collaborate with team members to gather and organize client data for reporting purposes.
+ Contribute to the technical development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
+ Seek feedback and guidance from team leadership to enhance personal and team performance.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
+ Ability to analyze financial data including trading of securities and investments.
**To qualify for the role you must have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in tax and/or accounting, preferably in investment accounting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn firm-specific technologies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Ideally, you’ll also have:**
+ Proven leadership skills
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Experience working alongside colleagues at all levels of business
+ Experience in analyzing financial data including trading of securities and investments and an understanding of trading terms related to securities trading and investing.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,600 to $138,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $81,100 to $156,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
+ Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
