As a Scrum Product Owner you play a central role in our agile way of working and you will lead the development for our software products, with a focus to fulfill our customer needs. You will be the link between the Product Manager and Scrum teams.
**In this role your responsibilities will be:**
+ Manage Product Backlog, i.e. creation, refinement and prioritization in alignment with product roadmaps and requirements.
+ Communicate goals, requirements and features to implement, to the Development Team.
+ Evaluate and drive development progress to fulfill release plans.
+ Take decisions together with product management and other team members, on change requests, and on product’s release readiness.

You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.
You remain energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. Having a clear understanding of other groups’ business priorities, you anticipate future implications accurately and use that knowledge to form and articulate messages in a way that is broadly understandable.
**For this role you will need:**
+ a Bachelor university degree from Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
+ experience as Scrum Product Owner in a similar environment.
+ have good skills in leadership, communication, facilitation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
+ have experience in building System Software products, on-premise, Cloud, SaaS.
+ are proficient in written and spoken English.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ preferably have a Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certificate.
