In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will apply project management and agile knowledge to identify and remove team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical know-how, focusing on specific tasks and in-depth analyzes to support specific projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering self-directed teams through open and transparent communication.

Responsibilities

- Apply project management and agile methodologies to enhance team performance

- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder sprint objectives

- Facilitate open communication to foster self-directed teams

- Coach project teams on continuous delivery practices and lean techniques

- Develop and manage sprint schedules to secure timely delivery

- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve project challenges

- Promote transparency and clarity in every team interaction

- Provide specialized technical insights to support project initiatives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2 years of solid experience as Scrum Master

-- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience with Azure ADO and reporting tools

- Applying project management and agile methodologies

- Influencing teams to address project issues

- Teaching and coaching on continuous delivery practices
