Job Description

Reporting to the I&O Chief of Staff, the Project Manager / Scrum Master will play an important role as a critical member of a diverse team.

You will be a Servant Leader who helps the team achieve its goals through Agile SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Rockwell practices. You will work with multiple Infrastructure and Operation leaders to plan and complete deliverables on time and under budget.

You will have dotted line to the technical leaders or Infrastructure directors when managing project execution.

You will report to the TECHNICAL LEAD - CORE IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMS and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:Coordinate across functional areas in global infrastructure and including working with other IT organizations in order to drive successful project and program implementation and deliver business benefits.You will document and manage Lean Business Case and project artifacts.You will manage project activities assuring project delivers the committed scope on time, quality and planned costs, identifying and manage through to resolution complex project risks and issues.Identify and drive to resolution project resource and deployment conflictsIdentify and manage competing priorities.Ensure project alignment across other initiatives to avoid duplication or misaligned opportunities.You will communicate project status to all levels using tools and ceremonies following governance standards assuring adherence to Rockwell standards using Jira, Jira Align, Power Bi, SharePoint and other tools.You will manage onboarding of vendor contracts, when the case.You will manage project budgeting process and spend tracking.You will plan, communicate change management requests.You will coordinate implementation and delivery with internal and external teams.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or similar degree.5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Technology Engineering, Technology Operations, or infrastructure support role.5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.5+ years of experience managing complex projects with multi-function teams.2+ years of experience with Jira and Jira Align.Knowledge of PMI, waterfall and Agile methodologies and/or frameworks like Scrum, Kanban.English proficiency. You will use English as your primary language at work.Legal authorization to work in the country is required. The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Knowledge on Global infrastructure initiatives, programs and projects, i.e. Network, Refresh programs, platforms, cloud environment, End-User support, IT operations.Experienced as Scrum Master Agile SAFe framework:Lead quarterly PI Planning for the concerning I&O portfolio.Document Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Dependency details.Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
