NTT DATA currently seeks a Scrum Master/PM to join our team in MO.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team for a 12-month assignment. This role involves a blend of Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, focusing on delivering projects in a semi-agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong skills in project coordination and delivery.
**Role Responsibilities**
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies.
• Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications.
• Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team.
**Required Skills/Experience:**
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in integration technologies such as HL7 and Managed File Transfer in a healthcare setting
• Minimum of 3 years understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
**Preferences:**
• Preferred knowledge of hospital applications and EHR systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PMI certification preferred but not required
Additional Information:
• Minimal travel may be required, but it is not expected
• Ability to work remotely and align with Central Time Zone working hours

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($59-$62 hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
