NTT DATA currently seeks a Scrum Master/PM to join our team in MO. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team for a 12-month assignment. This role involves a blend of Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, focusing on delivering projects in a semi-agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong skills in project coordination and delivery. **Role Responsibilities** • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles. • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams. • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies. • Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications. • Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team. **Required Skills/Experience:** • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role. • Minimum of 1 year experience in integration technologies such as HL7 and Managed File Transfer in a healthcare setting • Minimum of 3 years understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience **Preferences:** • Preferred knowledge of hospital applications and EHR systems • Excellent communication and leadership skills • PMI certification preferred but not required Additional Information: • Minimal travel may be required, but it is not expected • Ability to work remotely and align with Central Time Zone working hours About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
