Cyber Security technology function is responsible of development and maintenance of security products across Bank of America. Team works on various security products and also develops in-house products. **Job Description*** This role is a servant leader, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART). Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment. This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery. Promotes and coaches the Agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential. **Responsibilities*** + Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles. + Define, schedule, and coordinate Release trains. + Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (for example, Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective. + In collaboration with the Product Manager, ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog. + Ensure that Releases follow Enterprise change policies and guidelines. + Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the ART. + Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments. + Responsible for providing status updates and reporting pertaining to ART plans/delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership. + Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART. + Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities. + Capture data to help determine/track product funding and resource acquisition needs. **Requirements*** **Education*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline **Certifications If Any** : NA **Experience Range*** Minimum 10 years of strong Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer experience **Foundational skills*** + Strong professional experience with Scaled Agile, preferably as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer. + Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence as wells as ITSM platforms such as Service Now or Remedy. + Incident or Problem management and change management systems experience (ITMS/Remedy) + Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. + Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately. + Strong understanding of and experience with change management concepts and standard practices. + Ability to participate in occasional weekend and after hour change activity. **Desired skills** + Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile, Kanban/Scrum + Experience with cyber security related workflows/solutions/implementation. **Work Timings*** 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM **Job Location*** Chennai/ Hyderabad Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
