We're seeking someone to join our Data Masking and Database Inventory team as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager in Cyber to drive and coordinate timely and effective delivery of product features across multiple Data Protection products, fostering an innovative, collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement in-line with business needs.

This is a Lead Technical Product Owner position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions

What you'll do in the role:
Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of product features.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prioritize and manage the product portfolio to maximize business impact.
Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
What you'll bring to the role:
Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in using Jira and SDLC tooling
Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with project management tools and software development processes.
At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
