If this is You and You want to make an impact globally, join us and there will be no limits to your career. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our Content Ecosystem team, a dynamic group driving the transformation of how Nestlé manages digital assets across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating agile delivery across a complex, multi-squad roadmap aimed at delivering an integrated platform that supports global content operations. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to adapt methodologies to real-world challenges. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. **What you’ll do** + **Agile Leadership & Facilitation** + Lead 2–3 agile squads within a 40+ person organization (including internal colleagues and partners). + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed. + Act as the lead Scrum Master in a Scrum of Scrums setup, coordinating with external Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams. + **Delivery & Workflow Management** + Design and implement internal Jira workflows tailored to the team’s needs. + Track and report on velocity, burn-down charts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). + Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery. + **Methodology Adaptation** + Continuously assess and adapt agile methodologies to fit the evolving needs of the platform and teams. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** + Collaborate with internal stakeholders and multiple external suppliers to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. + Ensure transparency and communication across all levels of the organization. **We offer you** We offer more than just a job.
