You’ll drive agile practices while translating business needs into actionable product requirements. **You’ll Be Doing:** + Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives + Coach development teams on Agile principles and foster continuous improvement + Collaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog + Document business and technical requirements for Labmatrix + Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows **What We Are Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field + 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred + Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree **The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:** + Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite + Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban + Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) + Excellent communication and facilitation skills + Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment **What We Offer You:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
