Scrum Master / Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master who will also play a strategic role in delivery planning and performance analysis across multiple agile teams. This individual will support the execution of technology solutions for financial intermediaries, including banks, insurance companies, and mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master (50%)
Serve as Scrum Master for two agile teams, facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the teams.
Remove impediments and ensure teams are operating efficiently and aligned with agile best practices.
Strategic Delivery & Reporting (50%)
Analyze Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across eight agile teams to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop a unified strategy and framework for prioritizing work and aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals.
Design and implement a reporting model that leverages Jira to organically capture and present delivery metrics and progress to business leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize execution processes and improve transparency across teams.
Team & Product Context
The eight teams are standard Scrum teams, primarily composed of Java developers.
They are responsible for building and maintaining applications and systems that manage knowledge forms and external communications for financial intermediaries.
These platforms support messaging and content delivery critical to client engagement and regulatory compliance.
This role requires 3 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA.
