The Position: Scrum Master

The Scrum Master role's primary responsibility is assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals. Scrum Masters do this by guiding and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting SAFe principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)Be the Scrum Master of the SEMI TEM Brno team(s) and builds a high-performing teamWorks closely with other Scrum Masters of SEMI ART teams located in Netherlands and US to improve overall efficiency of the SEMI Value StreamCoordinates activities on the SEMI ART; hosts and facilitates Scrum and ART eventsSupports the Product Owner and acts as a bridge between Product Owner and the teamFacilitates the team’s progress towards team goals; leads team efforts in relentless improvementsWork with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers, to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the enterprise.

 

 

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in high tech / complex software development2+ years’ experience in being a Scrum Master in multi-cultural environmentsBeing a servant leader with excellent communication skillsGreat problem-solving abilitiesDesire to continuously improve processes and practicesExperience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
