\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master on our Automatic Tank Gauge team. We are looking for motivated people to join us on our journey. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product requirements and product management processes and standards, as well as a knack for driving teams and solutions forward. \nKey Responsibilities
\n· Coordinate and coach our project-focused SCRUM team(s).
\n· Help to drive projects forward and orgnaize project teams leveraging Agile methodologies.
\n· Help facilitate a mindset of self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
\n· Help manage each project’s scope and timelines
\n· Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, demos and refinement
\n· Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
\n· Facilitate communication with other teams as needed
\n· Partner closely with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
\n· Help drive conflict resolution and remove obstacles that occur
\n· Help teams implement changes effectively
\n· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
\n· Guide the teams to higher scrum maturity
\n· Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
\n· Proactively identify and help resolve blockers, fostering a productive and harmonious team environment
\n· Take ownership of the team’s delivery commitments and progress reporting
Background and Skill
\n· 5+ years of experience in a scrum master role
\n· Familiarity with software development
\n· Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
\n· Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
\n· Excellent communication skills
\n· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
\n· Outstanding organizational skills
\n· Bachelor degree in in Computer Science, Business or similar field
\n· Scrum master certification is a plus
