**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and processes across both CEWIS Development and CEWIS Support teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The CEWIS Development team consists of 15-20 people organized into multiple pods/sub-teams, requiring sophisticated coordination and scaled agile practices. This role requires hands-on facilitation of all scrum events including daily standups across multiple pods, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for running coordinated daily standup meetings for both the multi-pod development team and support team, facilitating release meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of all agile ceremonies at scale. The position demands advanced proficiency in Jira for comprehensive daily operations including backlog management, sprint tracking, story point tracking across teams, burndown chart generation, velocity reporting, and generating reports as needed. You will serve as the primary point of contact for release communications, managing stakeholder updates across development pods, deployment notifications, go/no-go decisions, and coordinating technical and business sign-offs throughout the CEWIS release lifecycle. This role requires strong servant leadership to remove impediments across multiple development pods, facilitate collaboration between development sub-teams and support functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives at an organizational level. You will work closely with multiple Product Owners, pod leads, development managers, and support teams to ensure alignment between feature delivery across pods and operational stability. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both large-scale feature development cycles and support incident response processes within the same framework, with specific expertise in scaling agile practices across multiple teams. **Required technical and professional expertise** Previous experience as a Scrum Master managing large development teams (15+ people) organized in multiple pods/sub-teams Proven experience facilitating scaled agile ceremonies including cross-pod coordination, daily standups for multiple teams, release meetings, and PI planning sessions Advanced Jira proficiency for daily operations, reporting, and tracking across teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for release coordination across multiple development pods, technical teams, and business stakeholders Experience with both large-scale feature development coordination and operational support team dynamics **Preferred technical and professional experience** Demonstrated ability to scale agile practices across 15-20 person development organizations with multiple concurrent workstreams Scrum Master certification.
