Skills and Requirements - Key Responsibilities: o Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews o Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to PG&Es agile framework o Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization o Track and report on team progress using Jira, ensuring transparency and accountability o Identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and delivery timelines o Support cross-team coordination and dependency management within the Snowflake migration program o Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment - Required Skills & Experience: o 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT environments o Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies o Experience managing data or cloud migration projects is highly preferred o Proficiency with Jira and other agile project management tools o Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
