We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, implement Scrum practices, grow under Sr. Program Manager mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth project execution. Support Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of User Stories. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). Assess and lead project risk mitigation efforts. Protect scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource allocations and adjust if vital. Track and drive resolution of issues and problems that occur during the project or Program Increment Lifecycle. Advance concerns to various levels of management. Evaluate resource capacity and coordinate needs within a matrix organization. Promote continuous improvement and help teams identify and implement process improvements. Ensure transparency and alignment across teams and collaborators. Act as a servant leader and advocate for Agile principles across the organization. Be open to learning and implementing other methodologies like waterfall.

For this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Demonstrated ability as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with multiple teams in a global environment. Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications that set you a part:
Experience in software development or QA roles. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team Leadership Experience, with direct and/or indirect reports. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
