Job Description A large and growing Sporting Goods Wholesaling company is seeking an IT Scrum Master to join their PMO and Software Development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project portfolio management processes within a specified department, implementing and utilizing PMO methodologies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Facilitating and schedule ceremonies to support SAFe framework for their assigned FTs including but not limited to daily standups, planning activities, and retros/reflections. - Assist with planning and facilitation of PI Planning events and ensure assigned FTs understands the purpose and goals of the event to be able to participate fully. - Facilitate completion of work assignments, estimation, planning, or dictating work assignments to build a high performing team. - Facilitate discussion, decision making, team building and conflict resolution. Work to alleviate administrative tasks from the FT when possible to foster continuous flow of work and improved efficiencies. - Remove roadblocks by taking the right course of action to reach the goal and/or by leading the team on appropriate course of action.
