About the job
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who also thrives in the role of Agile Coach. In this dual role, you will not only support one or more agile teams but also take initiative at the department level to help foster an agile mindset and way of working. You will play a key role in planning and facilitating Program Increment (PI) events, in close collaboration with fellow Scrum Masters and stakeholders across the organization.

As a Scrum Master you will work in multidisciplinary Agile teams. These teams develop and test the infrastructure platform for the combat management systems. The development teams are responsible for the entire development chain - requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, validation and demonstrating the current status of the product. The infrastructure we are currently developing will be the basis of our products for the next 30 years.

Relevant Experiences:
You are an experienced Scrum Master. Driven and result oriented. You drive for results by focusing on the human side and strengthen responsibility and involvement with your team mates. You have experience in:

Coach and develop your team with product owner in self-organization, ownership and continuous learning.Co-organize PI Planning events together with other Scrum Masters and other stakeholders.Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Large-Scale Agile frameworks, including roles, events, and artifacts. Proficiency in implementing and managing Scrum processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data from sprint metrics, burndown & -up charts, and velocity reports to improve team performance.Facilitation: Skill in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to foster collaboration, foster problem-solving and promote continuous improvement.Conflict Resolution: Knowledge of techniques for resolving conflicts within teams to maintain productivity. Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for processes, decisions, and project progress.Backlog Management: Vigilance in safeguarding the Sprint Backlog, ensuring that only prioritized work items are included and that the team can deliver the committed work without scope creep and in time.An important requirement to fulfil this role, is flexibility and the ability to communicate fluently in English to all types of stakeholders (technical, management). You hold a bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT service management or comparable.
