We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our energetic team.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Scrum process and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum values, practices, and rules. The day-to-day agenda involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, assisting the Product Owner and the team in delivering value, and working to remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Your Daily Life:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized, and transparent product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress. Champion the values of Scrum - transparency, inspection, and adaptation - across the team and organization. Track and analyze key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure visibility of team performance and project progress to stakeholders at all levels. Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and support their professional growth. Foster a productive, collaborative, and focused team environment aligned with sprint goals. Develop a solid understanding of the software product we build and support, including technical workflows and architecture. Communicate effectively with developers and technical stakeholders - basic fluency in “developer language” is expected.

What You Bring:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile project management certification are a plus. Professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Software as a Service product companies. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Lean, etc. Experience with distributed/hybrid teams.
