Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is hiring a Scrum Master for a 6-month, hybrid contract. Summary: The ideal candidate will work to further Agile transformation efforts through iteratively leading project planning efforts, collaboration with cross-functional teams to define backlogs, sprint content, and key design decisions. They will oversee project budgets, work closely with product owners, conduct necessary ceremonies, facilitate backlog grooming activities, and develop and distribute project or product-related communications. Primary Responsibilities: * Participate in early-stage project intake and requirement-gathering sessions to influence project scope and planning * Deep customer empathy and curiosity that's paired with knowledge of how to gather and synthesize customer needs * Coordinate project discovery efforts (funding, feasibility, and strategic alignment)
