In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: If you are a Scrum Master looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson is seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Leader to join our team in EEEC Pune location. In this role, you will guide one to two agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization, driving the development of innovative, high-quality Manufacturing Execution Systems solutions across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms. AS A SCRUM MASTER, YOU WILL: 

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership to identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress. Promote agile best practices and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within Scrum teams and the broader development organization. Partner with fellow Scrum Masters and Release Train leadership to align and support cross-team initiatives and dependencies. Assist Release Train leadership in planning and preparing for each Program Increment (PI). Lead productive discussions, mediate conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment. Escalate critical issues to management when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and support. Guide teams toward effective agile adoption while preserving team autonomy and ownership. Advocate for the use of metrics and data-driven insights to inform decisions and track progress. Embody and champion the principles of the Agile Manifesto and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) throughout the organization.
  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more agile teams, preferably within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. Proven understanding of agile principles and the Scrum Master role, supported by one or more of the following certifications: Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) Certified Advanced Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III (Scrum.org) Strong grasp of the complexities and challenges associated with scaled agile environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences. Skilled in facilitation, team dynamics, and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Familiarity with SAFe 6.0 is preferred, though experience with earlier versions is also valued. Background in developing integrated software solutions across multiple platforms Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry or software development for regulated industries Proven involvement in agile transformations within organizations of 50+ developers, particularly in a Scrum Master or leadership role. Knowledge of ISO-certified development processes, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), and/or experience with Safety Integrity Level (SIL) environments
