**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and help drive the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating and supporting our Scrum teams, ensuring they are empowered to deliver high-quality, efficient, and timely products. Your role will focus on removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the team's Agile processes are followed and continuously refined to meet business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate key Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused on delivering value.
• Coach the Scrum Team: Guide and mentor the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles. Encourage self-organization, collaboration, and accountability to ensure continuous improvement in the team's performance.
• Monitor and Report Progress: Track and report the team's progress throughout the sprint. Use tools like burndown charts, velocity metrics, and cumulative flow diagrams to measure and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear and concise communication regarding the product backlog. Help prioritize tasks and ensure that the team is delivering on the most important business objectives.
• Agile Process Implementation: Assist in the implementation and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and values.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, helping them deliver high-quality software and meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile tools.
• Industry: Experience in the industry, product organization.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, helping them deliver high-quality software and meet deadlines.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile tools.
• Metrics and Tracking: Experience using metrics such as velocity, burnup/burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams to track team progress.
• Technical & Compliance Knowledge
o Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and transaction monitoring platforms.
o Experience working with AI-driven AML solutions, behavioral analytics, and risk-scoring models.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision, requirements, and strategic roadmaps.
• Program Management Skills:
o Proven experience in setting up and managing complex programs from inception to completion.
o Experience providing executive-level status updates.
o Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
