Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a results-driven Scrum Master with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support a high-impact data initiative, specifically involving the implementation of a Snowflake Data Lakehouse or similar data management solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project delivery within data-driven environments, exceptional facilitation skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex, evolving requirements. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of data projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency and delivery.Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify, track, and eliminate roadblocks or impediments that slow down project progress.Team Support: Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.Product Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog, aligning with the overall roadmap.Technical Collaboration: Partner with architecture and technical teams to define delivery strategies, system implementations, and integration plans.Project Oversight: Monitor and manage the health of the project, clearly communicating timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.Data Implementation Experience: Lead or support the successful implementation of modern data solutions such as Snowflake Data Lakehouse or equivalent.Ambiguity Management: Thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and complex interdependencies, ensuring clarity and progress.Communication Excellence: Deliver clear, concise updates and documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in data-centric or enterprise-level projects.Proven experience in delivering complex data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse).Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining team focus and morale.Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
