Working together with other scrum masters and leads they will execute the change to elevate the practice of agile and deliver value partnering with the product teams from the Digital GBU team. **Main responsibilities:** + Serves as a servant leader and coach for a Pod/s + Works with Product Owners and Development teams on daily basis to drive execution + Helps steer team to maximize efficiency and productivity + Helps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope + Facilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements) + Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development + Educates the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices. + Helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing product team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement + Ensure the consistent and effective application of Scrum principles and practices across all teams working on complex commercial products + Facilitate communication and collaboration among Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders + Collaborate with other Agile team members to drive Agile transformation initiatives across the organization + Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on Agile practices and methodologies tailored to the DGBU products context + Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum, particularly as they apply to the commercial products **About you** **Experience & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
