Lead and coach to ensure the team can deliver continuous value. The Scrum Master is accountable for promoting and supporting Agile across the full value chain. Scrum Masters do this by assuring everyone understands e.g. Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. **Your main responsibilities** : The Scrum Master serves the team in several ways, including: + Coaching the team in self-management and cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve their way of working + Drive motivation, satisfaction, and performance of team and individuals through various People Processes. + Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working. + Assuring the Product Owner understands product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility. + Lead the team to create high-value products + Removing impediments to the team’s progress across the full value chain + Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
