Scrum Leader
CTG is seeking to fill a Scrum Leader opening for our client in Rochester, MN. Location: Remote Duties: Facilitate workflows in a Scrum environment, ensuring team members follow through on duties and responsibilities. Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services. Help teams achieve a high-performing level by identifying strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and applying effective coaching techniques. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Experience Design partners to ensure successful product delivery. Ensure Scrum is understood and consistently applied across teams, adhering to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Support self-organization and cross-functional development within Scrum teams while maintaining strong communication both internally and externally. Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support product teams. Resolve team impediments in partnership with other Scrum Leaders to improve organizational Scrum effectiveness. Partner with Agile Coaches and other Scrum Leaders to foster growth and maturity within the role. Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices across the organization. Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle. Skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity tracking, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Effective planning and problem-solving in collaboration with product management and delivery teams. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work across diverse teams. Quick details: PM crossover (some PI management), significant communication skills, Azure DevOps, enterprise architecture or cloud experience (huge plus), healthcare domain knowledge (HIPAA, HITRUST) helpful. Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience required. Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries preferred. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
