Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery of a world-class mobile experience and capable backend platform powering a groundbreaking next-generation hardware product. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams building native mobile and watch apps, a microservices-based backend, scalable data infrastructure, and customer support tools. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with deep experience in agile frameworks, connected product ecosystems, and cross functional team orchestration. You bring clarity to complexity and momentum to innovation. What You Will Work On: * Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Coordinate delivery of: * Native iOS and Android apps with BLE integration, near real-time data display, and firmware OTA capabilities * WatchOS and WearOS apps with standalone functionality * Microservices-based backend on AWS with RESTful APIs, authentication, OTA services, and analytics * Scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for ML-ready datasets * Admin dashboards and customer support tools integrated with platforms like Zendesk * Ensure alignment with the program's key milestones * Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks across mobile, backend, data, and DevOps teams * Maintain JIRA boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and delivery excellence Who You Will Work With: * You will collaborate with the Company's Advanced Product Ventures team, firmware and hardware engineers, UX designers, and external development partners; You will be the connective tissue across disciplines, ensuring the digital experience is delivered with precision, speed, and athlete focus
