The Role

Within your role as a Scribe, you will be responsible for supporting the Power Generation industry conduct scheduled maintenance outage works. Forming part of a skilled and high performing team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure inspection tasks, documentation and operations run smoothly and efficiently  Assisting NDT Technicians and Inspectors to conduct required inspections and testing of plant and machinery Documenting findings in a clear and concise format following instruction work packs Assist with preparing test sites (e.g. surface cleaning, scaffolding coordination) Ensure work areas are prepared as per health & safety requirements 

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Hold an industry White Card Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces (Advantage) Experience working in mining, industrial or power settings (Advantage) Previous experience within Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automotive trades (Desirable) A high attention to detail, ability to follow direction and adhere to Work Health and Safety regulations Have the ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills and a willingness to challenge yourself and learn

We Offer:

Competitive rates Immediate start (pending pre-employment checks) Monday to Saturday roster / 10 hour shift pattern / day and night shifts available This position may require interstate and intrastate travel
