This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth industry. No prior aerospace experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
**Position Overview:**
As a Screen Room Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and reliability of components used in both civil and military aviation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate machinery including scalpers, classifiers, swecos, and rotex systems.
+ Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment and containers according to strict quality standards.
+ Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality control protocols.
+ Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
+ Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain necessary export authorizations.

**Work Environment:**
This position is based in a clean, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing facility. The work environment emphasizes safety, precision, and collaboration. You will be part of a team that contributes to the production of components critical to the aerospace industry.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
