Screen Printer I (1st Shift)
**Screen Printer I** **Position Summary** Prints lettering and designs with screen printing device on formed or machined configuration mostly of plastic materials. Set up screen fixture to repeat during a production run.  The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. This is a 1st shift position. **Principle Responsibilities** + Operate basic screen print table  + Cleans screen with solvent at end of run and when using different colors.   + Examines printed object for defects.  + All other duties assigned.  + Set up tables and production of auto printers **Qualification Requirements** **Credentials/Experience:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Some years related experience and/or training preferred **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Ability to work independently and exercise judgment + Strong communication skills, fluent in English  + Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)  + Ability to identify cosmetic defects **Other Requirements** **Work Environment** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
