Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Screen Print Operators to join their team. As a Screen Print Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Screen Print Operator

Location: Sale Creek, TN

Pay Range: $15-16 per hour

 

What's the Job?

Assist in the setup and operation of screenprinting machinery. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Package and label finished products for shipment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

What's Needed?

Entry level, no previous experience needed, learn on the job. High school or GED. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move materials as required.

What's in it for me?

Competitive pay rate of $15 - $16 per hour depending on shift, with weekly pay. Working hours: 1st shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday or 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Thursday.  Overtime offered based on productivity. Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days. Work in a climate-controlled environment. Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing sector.
